Violas

Viola

Related to pansies, violas are the small flowers that are tough despite their appearance.

Classification: Most Varieties Perennial, Usually grown as Annuals 
Height: Typically up to 6 inches
Sow: Indoors for spring transplants, or fall for southern states.
Light: Full sun to partial sun, but will grow in partial shade.

Most varieties hardy in zones 3 through 9.

Cold tolerant for southern zones. Readily reseeds.
